Good advice connects the numbers, the law and the plan

Business decisions in Pakistan are rarely just financial. Expansion has tax consequences, funding has regulatory requirements, and a deal's price depends on liabilities the accounts may not show. Our advisory work brings those threads together so decisions are made with the full picture.

Our business advisory services fall into five areas. Finance leadership covers project and interim CFO work for fundraising, bank facilities, turnarounds and sales, and outsourced CFO support on a monthly retainer. Planning covers business plans, financial projections and financial models built around how your business actually earns and spends. Feasibility covers studies of new projects and investment opportunities, testing market, operations, regulation and returns before money is committed.

Valuation covers businesses of all kinds and company shares, for sales, investment, partner exits, share issues and transfers. Transactions are supported by financial due diligence on earnings, working capital and debt, alongside our tax and regulatory due diligence. In every engagement, Pakistani tax is modelled properly, including minimum tax, super tax where relevant, sales tax and withholding, and SECP and FBR requirements are identified early, because they often change the answer.

Each engagement starts with a clear question and a fixed fee. We agree what you need to decide, who will read the output and when it is needed, and design the work around that. Where an engagement reveals further needs, such as registering a new entity, setting up accounting or planning tax, our corporate, accounting and tax teams can carry them out, so advice turns into action without changing advisers.

Advisory work builds on our management accounting and monthly accounting, and links to corporate tax planning and tax due diligence.

Advice is only useful if it can be acted on. We make sure ours can, and we help you do it.

FAQs

Business advisory questions we hear most

Have a question that is not here? Send it to us on WhatsApp and we will reply the same day.

What are business advisory services?
Services that help owners and boards make financial decisions: CFO support, business plans, projections, financial models, feasibility studies, valuations and financial due diligence.
Which service do I need?
It depends on the decision. Testing a project needs a feasibility study; raising money needs a plan and projections; a deal needs valuation and due diligence; ongoing oversight needs an outsourced CFO. We can recommend the right one.
Do you consider tax in advisory work?
Always. Pakistani tax and regulatory requirements often change the answer, so they are built into every engagement.
Can you help us raise finance?
Yes. We prepare business plans, projections and models, and our CFO services support discussions with banks and investors.
Do you work with foreign investors?
Yes. We assess investments, value businesses and carry out due diligence for investors entering Pakistan, with our international tax team where needed.
Can you implement what you recommend?
Yes. Our corporate, accounting and tax teams can register entities, set up accounting and handle tax compliance.
How are advisory fees set?
Each engagement has a fixed fee based on scope and complexity, agreed before work starts. Ongoing CFO support uses a monthly retainer.
