What we do

Four tax systems. One cross-border tax and accounting firm

Finvocates began as a small bookkeeping practice in Islamabad and has grown into a full-service firm. Our chartered accountants, tax consultants and business advisors work with salaried individuals, freelancers, startups, family businesses and established companies.

Each service area is led by its own specialists: Tax & Compliance by our Managing Partner, Audit & Assurance by our Head of Audit, CFO & Business Advisory by our Director of Advisory, and International Tax by our International Tax Lead. Our team holds ACCA and ICAP Chartered Accountant qualifications and includes an LLB-qualified advocate and an FBR-registered income tax practitioner.

Many clients combine services, for example monthly bookkeeping, sales tax returns and an annual income tax return handled together. Because one team keeps the books once and prepares every filing from the same records, what you report in one place matches what you claim in another.

We measure our success the way our clients do: fewer surprises, cleaner books and decisions backed by numbers they can trust.

Why one team matters

What goes wrong when tax, books and compliance are split up

These are the problems we see most often when different advisers handle different pieces.

01

Filings that contradict each other

Income tax, sales tax and withholding returns prepared separately disagree with each other and with the accounts.

One set of records for every filing.
02

Deadlines nobody owns

With several advisers, no single person tracks every due date across every authority.

We track every deadline for you.
03

Cross-border gaps

Income reported in one country and missed in another leads to double tax or questions on both sides.

One team for all four countries.
04

Setup that does not fit

Companies registered without thinking about tax, payroll and PSEB need fixing later.

Setup planned with compliance in mind.
05

Advice without the numbers

Strategic advice given without access to reliable accounts rests on guesswork.

Advisory built on your real books.
06

Notices handled in isolation

An FBR notice answered by someone who did not prepare the return takes longer and costs more.

The preparer prepares the reply.

Questions about working with us

Have a question that is not here? Send it to us on WhatsApp and we will reply the same day.

What services does Finvocates offer?
We work across five service areas: Pakistan tax and compliance, accounting and payroll, corporate and business setup, business advisory, and international tax for the US, the UK and the UAE. Many clients use several areas together so their accounts and filings agree.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free and carries no obligation. We review your situation, explain what is involved and give you a written quote before any work starts.
Do I have to visit your office?
No. You are welcome at our office in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, but most clients work with us entirely remotely by phone, WhatsApp, email and shared documents, from anywhere in Pakistan or abroad.
Can I start with one service and add more later?
Yes. Many clients start with a single filing or registration and move to a monthly engagement later. There is no obligation either way.
Do I need a Pakistani company to use your international tax services?
No. We work directly with individuals and businesses registered in the US, the UK and the UAE, as well as with Pakistani entities operating overseas. See our international tax services.
How do you keep my information confidential?
Your financial information is handled in confidence and used only for your engagement. Documents are shared through the channels you choose, including our client portal.
How quickly do you respond?
We are available around the clock by phone and WhatsApp. Urgent matters, such as an active FBR or HMRC notice, are prioritised the same day.
How are your fees set?
Fees depend on scope, transaction volume and complexity. You receive a clear written quote before any work starts, with no hidden charges, for a one-off job or an ongoing monthly engagement.
