Who we are

One firm for your books, your tax and your decisions

Tax returns, accounts, audits and business decisions are usually handled by different people who never speak to each other. At Finvocates the same team keeps your books, prepares your returns and advises on what comes next, so the numbers agree everywhere they appear.

Our team holds ACCA and ICAP Chartered Accountant qualifications and includes an LLB-qualified advocate and an FBR-registered income tax practitioner. That mix lets us cover accounting and reporting, the law behind a tax position, and representation before the tax authorities, where the law allows a registered practitioner to act for you. For Pakistan, we work across federal income tax and sales tax under the FBR and provincial sales tax on services under PRA, SRB, KPRA and BRA laws, as well as SECP company matters.

Our Pakistan work covers tax and compliance for individuals, salaried people, freelancers, businesses and companies, from NTN registration and annual returns to notices and appeals. We keep books and prepare financial statements through our accounting service, and help companies get ready for their statutory and other audits. We prepare the accounts and supporting files and support you through the audit, but we do not sign audit opinions; those are issued by the auditor you appoint.

Many clients have interests outside Pakistan. Through our international tax services we handle UAE corporate tax and VAT, UK self assessment and company tax, and US federal and state filings, including Form 5472 for foreign-owned US LLCs. Because we also prepare the Pakistani side, we can make sure both countries receive consistent information and double tax relief is claimed where it is due.

Beyond compliance, our business advisory work helps owners plan, budget and decide with reliable numbers. You are welcome at our office in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, but most clients work with us by phone, WhatsApp, email and shared documents from anywhere in Pakistan or abroad.

We would rather tell you clearly what the law requires than tell you what you hoped to hear.
